Client: The Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau
In order to deal with the upward trend in cocaine abuse, the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau stepped up promotional efforts to appeal to members of the public, especially young people, that they should refrain from abusing cocaine, and encourage people suffering from cocaine abuse to seek help early.
