District Council Ordinary Election

The 2023 District Council Ordinary Election (DCOE) was scheduled on 10 December 2023. To encourage public participation, and in particular, to promote a strong voter turnout, the Government launched a territory-wide publicity programme to promote the awareness of the 2023 DCOE, including massive exposures in TV and outdoor media.
