Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme Awareness Campaign

Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS) had been launched in the market for many years while people were holding reservation against it due to their lack of knowledge towards the scheme. Through the campaign, we help promoted the product benefit of VHIS and identified the potential segmentations of target audience as well as the particular benefits that would matter to them. Apart from a TV API, we also produced a series of online videos to target individual segmentations of audience with the decisions they might face in their phase of life, creating resonance from them.

The campaign also consisted of 4 key visuals, focusing on respective target group with specific communication message to enhance their awareness and desire to learn more about VHIS.
